About
We are building the office around the agent.
Agents got capable faster than people got comfortable. The gap is not intelligence. It is the sign-off, the budget and the record. Delagents is that gap, built as a product.
Every team we talked to had the same story. They tried an agent, it did something impressive, and then it sat unused, because nobody wanted to be the person who gave it the company Gmail. Capability was never the problem. Blast radius was.
So we started from the other end. Not from what an agent can do on its own, but from what a person needs to see before they let it. A brief that says what done looks like. Staff with a role and a set of tools. A checkpoint before anything leaves the building. A record of who approved what, and what it cost.
The name is the thesis. Delegate and agents, said like delegates with an n. It names the act, not the technology. You delegate, the agents do the work, and the sign-off stays yours.
Delagents is in preview. The site and the workspace app you can try today run on sample data while the runtime is being built with a small group of design partners. Everything on this site describes the product as designed; the changelog says what has shipped.
Principles
Six things we will not compromise on.
The approval is the product
The best-designed screen is the approval card. If it is slow or vague, nothing else matters.
Silence never means yes
Checkpoints escalate, then pause. Nothing proceeds because nobody was looking.
The bill is visible
Cost per step, caps per delegation. A surprise invoice is a defect, not a revenue line.
Staff, not employees
We say brief, sign-off, staff and hand-off. We avoid autonomous, magic and the word employee.
Data stays yours
Customer data is never used to train models. Scopes are granted per agent and revocable in a click.
Say what shipped
Docs describe the design; the changelog says what exists. We keep the two honest with each other.
