For ops and support teams

Raise the team's throughput without losing control of what goes out under your name.

Queues get triaged, drafts get written, books get reconciled. Every external action still passes through a person on your team, and every decision is recorded with who made it.

Jobs to be done

What gets handed off first.

Support triage

Tags, priorities and drafted replies for every ticket by the time the team logs in.

Month-end

Receipts matched and categorised, with the exceptions flagged for a human.

Recruiting screens

Applicants scored against your rubric, with reasons, never contacted without you.

A first brief that works

Triage today's support tickets: tag, draft replies, flag refunds. Send only after a teammate signs off.

A week with staff

What changes by Friday.

  1. Every morning: the queue is triaged and the top twenty replies are drafted for one-click sending.
  2. Every refund: a checkpoint with the order, the policy and the photos, decided by a person.
  3. Month-end: 200 receipts reconciled with three exceptions to look at instead of 200.
  4. Hiring: a ranked shortlist with reasons, and nobody contacted until you say so.

Questions

What teams like yours ask.

Who can approve?

Members and admins by default. Routing rules by amount and type, and escalation when a checkpoint waits too long, come with the Team tier.

Can we see what every agent did?

Yes. The activity log is append-only and records every read, draft, send and sign-off with who did it. It exports to CSV.

How do we stop an agent?

Pause it. Running delegations finish their current step and wait. Disconnecting an integration pauses every agent that used it.

Hand it off.

Your first delegation takes a minute. Your first sign-off takes a second.
