Decisions are documents, not meetings. The architecture, the concept and this site all started as a written brief.
We use the product
Our own research, outreach and bookkeeping run through Delagents. Every rough edge is felt before a customer feels it.
Calm hours
EU working hours, asynchronous by default, no on-call theatre. Incidents are rare by design and handled by the people who built the system.
Trust is the feature
Security work is product work here. The audit log and the floor are things we ship, not things we get audited for later.
