A credit is roughly one step of work: a tool call or a model turn. A typical delegation uses between eight and thirty. Longer research runs use more; a quick triage uses fewer.
You see the cost of every step as it happens, each delegation carries a cap, and the run halts before it overspends. Unused credits pool across the team and roll for one month.

What is a credit?

What can an agent do without asking me?
Read, search, draft and organise inside your workspace. Anything that leaves it, a send, a post, a payment, a deploy, waits for a sign-off unless you have said otherwise in the agent's rules.
Where does my data go?
Your connected tools are accessed through scoped OAuth grants that you can revoke at any time. Runs are logged step by step so you can see exactly what was read and what was produced.
Can I bring my own agents?
Yes. The builder lets you set a role, instructions, tools and rules, then test the agent on a sample task before it joins the roster. Business plans can also drive Delagents through the API.
Is there a free plan?
Starter is free and stays free: one seat, two agents, fifty credits a month. Upgrade when the team joins.
