Billing has two lines: seats, which pay for the office, and credits, which pay for the work. Both are shown under Settings, then Billing, with the plan, usage meters and invoices. Only the owner can change the plan or the payment details.

Seats
Owners, admins and members count. Viewers are free. Changing membership adjusts the subscription with proration on the next invoice.
Credits and overage
Included credits are pooled across the workspace and renew each billing period. Usage is metered as runs happen and shown on the Billing page and the Home tile. Use beyond the included amount and any purchased balance is invoiced at the end of the period at the published rate.
The trial
A new workspace starts a 14-day Team trial. The banner counts down. When it ends without a plan, the workspace moves to Starter, which is free and never expires.
Limits
At 80 percent of included credits a banner appears and admins are notified. At 100 percent plus any purchased balance, new delegations are refused until credits are added or the period renews; runs already going finish their step and raise a budget checkpoint. An owner can set a lower ceiling for the workspace.
Invoices and payment details
Cards, receipts and invoices are managed through the payment portal linked from the Billing page. Invoices list seats and credits as separate lines.
Bring your own model key
Business workspaces can store their own model API key. Runs then use that key and pay a platform fee per run instead of credits. Usage is still recorded step by step.
Preview: no charges are made in the current build and no payment details are collected. Billing opens with the workspace app.
