Reviewing deliverables
What arrives when a run finishes, and the three things you can do with it.

When an agent finishes, it lists its deliverables with a short summary. The delegation moves to In review and a review request lands in the requester's Inbox. Nothing is final until a person accepts.
Kinds of deliverable
- File
- A memo, a spreadsheet, a reconciliation. Downloaded through a signed link that expires.
- Link
- A page or record the agent created or updated in a connected tool.
- Text
- Drafts, summaries and notes shown inline, ready to copy or approve one by one.
- Data
- Structured records, such as a tagged queue or a scoring sheet, shown as a table.
Deliverables are versioned. If a run is reopened, the new version sits next to the old one, so you can see what changed.
Three answers

Writing a change request
Say what is wrong and what right looks like. The agent sees your note as the next turn in the same run, so it keeps everything it already read. A short note works: shorten the memo to one page, drop the third source, use the house tone.
Who can review
The requester and any admin can accept or request changes. Viewers can read and comment. On Business, a guest reviewer such as a client can be given a sign-off link that shows the brief, the checkpoints and the deliverable and nothing else.
How long deliverables are kept
Retention follows the plan: seven days on Starter, one year on Team, no time limit on Business. After that, run content and files are purged while the record of what happened stays in the activity log.
